Space between breaths

Space Between Breaths
Created by Gary Tan KF 2004
Exhibited in Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Bangkok

An Evening of appreciation and celebration for contemporary figurative art is set for on April 29th. Entitled Space between Breaths, the concept of this art exhibition focuses mostly on figurative art expressed with distinctive textures, rhythmic flow of bold strokes, configurations, and hues.

The exhibition is about one artist's struggle to understand and translate the essential qualities of life from its color and composition to its emotional content. Gary.Tan KF does not attempt to capture recognizable images, but rather his emotional response. The resulting art pieces reveal glimpses of determination amongst desolation.
Part of the proceeds from the exhibition has been donated to Breast Cancer Woman Association Malaysia ( BCWA)

Special thanks to Marcus YK Chong
